Terms & Conditions – Virtual Currency & Reward System

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the virtual currency system within this application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue usage immediately.

1. Introduction

This App includes a virtual reward mechanism designed to enhance gameplay and overall user experience. All virtual currencies, including Reward Score (Rs) and Q Coins, are digital items created solely for entertainment purposes. They do not correspond to real money, do not hold monetary value, and cannot be used outside the App.

2. Definition of Terms

2.1 Reward Score (Rs)

  • “Rs” stands for Reward Score, an in-app virtual points system.

  • Rs may be earned only through gameplay, quizzes, activities, or other features provided within the App.

2.2 Q Coins

  • “Q Coins” are a premium virtual currency granted when certain in-app criteria are met, such as the accumulation of 9999 Rs.

  • Q Coins are used exclusively to unlock premium or special in-app features.

2.3 Virtual Items

  • All virtual currencies, rewards, badges, tokens, and digital items in the App are collectively referred to as “Virtual Items.”

3. Earning Reward Score (Rs)

3.1 Methods of Earning

Users may earn Rs by:

  • Completing quizzes

  • Updating streaks or levels

  • Participating in game activities

  • Other tasks or features made available within the App

3.2 No Guarantee

The App does not guarantee any fixed rate of earning Rs. The system may be modified, reduced, increased, or removed at the developer’s discretion.

4. Conversion from Rs to Q Coins

4.1 Eligibility

Users who accumulate 9999 Rs are eligible to receive 10 Q Coins.
This conversion rate may change at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Automatic Conversion

The conversion may occur automatically or may require manual action within the App, depending on updates or design changes.

4.3 Developer Rights

The developer reserves the right to:

  • Modify conversion rules

  • Change thresholds

  • Introduce additional methods to earn Q Coins

  • Temporarily disable the conversion system

5. Use of Q Coins

5.1 In-App Purpose Only

Q Coins may only be used within the App for purposes such as:

  • Unlocking ad-free modes

  • Accessing special or exclusive quizzes

  • Using premium features

  • Additional gameplay benefits

5.2 No External Use

Q Coins cannot be used:

  • Outside the App

  • For transactions with other users

  • In exchange for real goods or services

6. No Monetary Value

6.1 Not Real Money

Neither Rs nor Q Coins represent actual currency. They:

  • Cannot be converted into real money

  • Cannot be withdrawn

  • Cannot be transferred to any bank/account

  • Have no resale value

6.2 Non-Refundable

Virtual currency purchases, earnings, or losses are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6.3 Ownership Rights

Users do not own Rs or Q Coins. All rights are retained by the developer.

7. Modification and Updates

7.1 System Adjustments

The developer may, at any time, modify:

  • Reward values

  • Conversion rates

  • In-app functionality

  • Availability of features

7.2 No Liability for Changes

The developer is not responsible for any loss of Rs, Q Coins, progress, or Virtual Items due to:

  • App updates

  • Technical issues

  • Bug fixes

  • Server problems

  • Software changes

8. User Responsibilities

By using the App, users agree to:

  • Use Virtual Items only as intended

  • Avoid misuse, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities

  • Not attempt to hack, cheat, or artificially increase Rs or Q Coins

Failure to follow these rules may result in:

  • Account restriction

  • Removal of Virtual Items

  • Temporary or permanent suspension

9. Abuse, Fraud & Misuse

9.1 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using unauthorized tools or software

  • Attempting to exploit bugs

  • Hacking or modifying App data

  • Completing tasks fraudulently

9.2 Consequences

Any such actions may lead to:

  • Immediate revocation of Rs and Q Coins

  • Account ban

  • Reset of progress

  • Denial of future access

10. Data & Privacy

The app may collect non-sensitive data such as gameplay performance, device information, and app usage.
No financial or real-world identity data is required for earning or using Virtual Items.

11. Limitation of Liability

The developer reserves full rights to:

  • Modify or discontinue the reward system

  • Remove Virtual Items

  • Terminate user access

This may occur with or without notice.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By using this App, you acknowledge and agree to all sections of these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.
